The new Air Cadet Central is now coming together nicely. The feedback from users has been plentiful and thorough but has definitely made the site a better place already.
The forum is the heart of the site and has been twisted and tweaked to within an inch of it's life so that it is usable, friendly and easy(ish) on the eye.
With references back to the ACC Archive the amount of information is massive. Browse, post, join in; that's the best way to use ACC.
Alongside the forum we now have a chatroom / shout box for instant communication for those urgent questions.
With the inclusion of a Library, documents of various types and on many subjects is starting to flourish - you can even read statistics on how the site is visited.
The Air Cadet news pulls in Air Cadet related news items from all over the internet, brought together in one handy place.
And, of course, this Blog is alive. It will cover any subject that is relevant to the site or Air Cadets as a whole.
So, finally, welcome to ACC; stay a while and enjoy.
Air Cadets in the Air Training Corps and Combined Cadet Force enjoy opportunities that their friends can only dream of, flying in military aircraft, learning to fly in Gliders, visiting front-line bases at home and overseas, taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award, expeditions near and far and so much more…
If you are between 13 and 18, then why not see what the Air Cadets can offer you?
Of course, you don’t have to be in the UK to enjoy these benefits, many countries run similar schemes, including Canada, New Zealand, Australia, India and the USA.
We are currently going through some changes, please be patient as we move forward.
