This has been set up primarily for the use at 739 (Scarborough) Sqn, so is therefore aimed at the needs of the afore mentioned Sqn, however it can be used at any Sqn. First print out both Word Documents, and keep the printoffs for when giving the presentation. Start the presentation labled `Air Power (Op Flying) at 1930 hours and run until 2000 hours. During this presentation use the Word Document titled `Operational Flying` to help you. Allow the cadets to take notes, but do not stop to let them take too many notes - the aim of the presentation is to give them more notes then they will need, and it is up to the cadets to decide which notes are useful and which are not At 2000 hours allow the cadets to go for a 15 minute break At 2015 hours start the Power Point Presentation titled `CLASSIFIED Top Secret`. During this presentation use the Word Document titled `CLASSIFIED Top Secret` to help you. Run this presentation at a very quick pace. This presentation should take no more then 5 minutes to give up to the slide labled `Task One`. Once you have given task one, and answered any questions set them going in teams of four or five to complete task one. At 2030 hours give the cadets task two. At 2040 hours give the cadets task three. At 2055 hours stop the cadets and let each team present their work. At 2015 the exercise will end and normal cadet duties and final parade will take place. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I do not mind if this presentation is used at any Sqn. All that I would ask is that my name is left on and that if you do run the exercise that you give me feedback on how it went! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- END OF TEXT
